Digital Products

Digital downloads do not require shipping. No physical item will be shipped for digital download products.

After purchase, your digital file will be available to download electronically. Please check your email and order confirmation for access to your file.

Physical Products

Some New Mercy Co. products are physical items, such as apparel, mugs, totes, notebooks, stickers, and other everyday products.

Physical products may be made to order and shipped through our production partners. Because of this, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product, order volume, carrier delays, and delivery location.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your shipping address.

Order Processing

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. New Mercy Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
