Digital Downloads

Digital products are files you can download after purchase. No physical item will be shipped for digital download products.

After your order is complete, you should receive access to your download file. You can save the file to your device and print it at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service.

Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, printer, ink, and paper.

Digital Product Refund Policy

Because digital downloads are delivered electronically, all digital product sales are final. Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once purchased.

Please read the product description carefully before buying to make sure the file is right for you.

Physical Products

Some items from New Mercy Co. may be physical products, such as apparel, mugs, totes, notebooks, stickers, or other everyday products.

If a physical product arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a printing issue, please contact us as soon as possible so we can look into the issue.
